About this role
Role Overview
Own and deliver a $25M annual sales quota, with quarterly targets aligned to business objectives.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 assigned prospects with UK & Ireland HQ.
Identify, qualify, and close high‑value opportunities that align with Amex GBT’s travel management solutions.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, travel patterns, and operational challenges.
Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI‑driven business cases.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within corporate travel, SaaS.
Experience managing large, complex sales cycles with enterprise‑level clients.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Highly organised, disciplined, and comfortable managing a large prospect portfolio with quarterly engagement expectations.
