About this role
Role Overview
Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts
Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs
Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market
Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings
Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development
Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields
Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
