Talent Acquisition Partner – part time

Role Overview

• Run the full recruitment lifecycle for Brand Ambassadors in both Czechia and Slovakia
• Map out and build strong relationships with key universities, student organizations, and local youth hubs
• Own job board strategy across local channels and run targeted local campaigns
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that gets students excited about representing our brand
• Use knowledge of the Czech and Slovak student markets to advise on local hiring trends

Requirements

• Native or business-fluent in both Czech and Slovak
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on high-volume hiring
• Networker mentality
• Highly organized and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Tech-savvy, using modern recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and automations
• Proactive and resilient, self-starter who thrives in launching a project from scratch.
