Role Overview
- Coordinate daily operation to meet service agreement
- Driving service business to ensure CSE productivities > 6% improvement year over year
- Driving Operation KPI to ensure team's performance meeting requirement
- Engage with each counterpart to coordinate resource plan and then develop containment plan and permanent solution to system stability meet tool's entitlement
- Attract high talent and have regular one-on-one to ensure CSE's training plan and certification program meet future growth
- Ensure tool's performance meeting tool's entitlement
- Coordinate new tool installation
- Service AR/JCAN collection
- Driving SW hot fix and FCO implementation
- Support NPI tool preparation and coordinate Division /part support, work with CE/marketing team to success evaluation
Requirements
- Master's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years
