Role Overview
- Lead the Tissue Machine Service Operation team across China and APAC
- Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring schedules, quality, and cost targets are met
- Act as the main customer contact, handling service quality claims and driving solutions
- Oversee cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvements and support business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in tissue paper machinery or large tissue mill environments
- Leadership or management experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Confident communication in both Chinese and English, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
