Plan and conduct internal audit assignments (planning, fieldwork, reporting, follow-up of action plans)
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide audit assignments and substantiate findings
Conduct interviews with operational staff and their teams to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities
Regularly visit worksites to assess operational compliance (subcontracting, safety, documentation)
Design and distribute management and KPI tracking tools for operational teams
Write clear, fact-based audit reports
Share best practices identified during assignments with other group entities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit framework and risk mapping

Degree-level education (business school, engineering school or university)
Minimum 3 years' experience in internal audit or internal control; experience in construction (BTP) or a multisite environment is a strong plus
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with rigorous written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and a supportive approach — able to build trust with field stakeholders
Critical thinking, ability to take a step back and provide pragmatic recommendations
Strong interest in fieldwork and operational topics
Autonomy, curiosity and a desire to contribute to a project in development
