Role Overview
- Own full P&L responsibility for the Thailand business, including revenue growth, cost discipline, and long-term profitability.
- Build and run the Thailand operation, establishing the local structure, operating model, and execution cadence needed to win the market.
- Translate BJAK’s global strategy into a clear Thailand business plan and execute it with speed and discipline.
- Build and lead the Thailand team across marketing, PR, support, and operations, hiring people who take ownership and deliver results.
- Drive distribution and growth through partnerships, platforms, and ecosystem relationships that materially impact revenue.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to localize the platform for Thailand, balancing regulation, customer needs, and product velocity.
Requirements
- A strong background in technology, digital platforms, fintech, or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes, not just strategy or operations
- Experience building and leading teams in fast-moving environments
- Strong commercial judgment backed by data and execution discipline
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-quality decisions under pressure
- Deep understanding of the Thailand market and how to win locally
- Preference for candidates holding a valid Non-Life Insurance Broker License
