- Lead Aligned’s training and development program for data center system operations
- Develop new training materials for a wide range of equipment and systems
- Collaborate with Operation’s leadership team to develop effective training programs
- Increase proficiency of data center operators
- Provide simulated and actual drills for incident handling
- Standardize onboarding of personnel
- Write and review existing training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Skilled communicator using various modes
- Prepare training materials
- Present instructor-led training
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Display original thinking and creativity
- Enjoy working with teams in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
