About this role
Role Overview
Lead the development, execution and evaluation of technical training programs and support materials, using multiple learning platforms (i.e. classroom-based learning, e-learning, virtual, on-demand self-paced, and experiential learning opportunities).
Remain current on training and development trends and standard methodologies, to continuously improve own skills as well as to offer recommendations to improve the Training Team effectiveness overall.
Requirements
Experience in working as service or application engineer or trainer for at least one or two of the following areas: chemistry, immunology, biology or automation.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements such as: ISO, GMP and FDA.
Deliver training to internal associates, channel partners and customers for set up, operation, calibration, quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical instruments.
Execute predictive and regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for all instruments in the assigned laboratory.
Build collaborative and consultative relationships with subject matter experts and peers to identify problems, provide solutions, and break down sophisticated concepts and processes into component parts to build and deliver effective training.
