- Shape and direct place‑based activity within a defined region/Devolved Nation
- Develop a tailored local strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes
- Engage with the local market and facilitate commercial opportunities
- Foster a local financing ecosystem for innovative, high‑potential businesses
- Leverage the Bank’s expertise in small business access to finance
Requirements
- Commercial experience in accessing and/or delivering equity or debt instruments
- Strong technical and strategic understanding of how investment decisions are made and how capital flows into local markets
- Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to external stakeholders, influencing decision-makers
- Good analytical capability, confidence in working with quantitative and qualitative data
