About this role
Role Overview
You coordinate communication between internal departments and customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular, personal contact.
You identify individual customer needs and ensure lasting satisfaction.
You keep customers informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities.
You continuously expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models in practice.
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Minimum two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style with strong planning and coordination abilities
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
