Actively use AI tools in day-to-day work
Bring genuine curiosity

5+ years in account management — wholesale, brand, or retail; luxury and resale apparel strongly preferred
People management or team lead experience
Demonstrated AI tool usage — active and exploratory, not theoretical
Confidentiality and discretion is a must
