Retain and grow territory of existing customers/practices in oncology
Understand and identify strategic vision and objectives within customer organizations
Develop and support relationships with customers at multiple levels, including the c-suite
Assist customers in maximizing McKesson products and identifying areas for additional product needs
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal departments/teams
Ensure all internal stakeholders are coordinated to meet agreed upon goals and strategies for customers
Strategize, plan, prioritize, and execute sales activities to create opportunities with new and existing practices
Actively participate in a continuous customer planning process and assess customer value
Proactively develop and expand networks to generate opportunities
Articulate ROI/value of products, services, and solutions
Set up customer feedback systems and monitor concerns and satisfaction within practices
Share information with practices to build their understanding and establish collaborative relationships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred or equivalent work experience with an emphasis in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or other healthcare related field
4+ years progressive experience in sales or service
4+ years experience with professional communication with ability to express complex messages, sell services through written/verbal communications to a variety of practice stakeholders (physicians and admin staff)
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce.com or CRM, ideally with SAP experience
Experience with delivering quarterly customer business reviews or analyzing performance and communicating value to customers
Demonstrated success in customer growth and retention
Demonstrated capabilities in establishing executive level relationships and conducting executive-level meetings and presentations
Healthcare experience in Oncology or Rheumatology
Experience with pharmaceutical products (preferably oncology) and buy-and-bill model
