Provide an elite customer experience in all interactions via phone, email and meeting, with both internal and external stakeholders
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, including payment history and invoice requests, while navigating core systems effectively
Maintain past-due rate below departmental threshold and consistently achieve productivity targets
