Product Compliance Specialist

Role Overview

• Lead the coordination and implementation of regulatory and bureau changes
• Ensure compliance while supporting complex rate, rule, and form updates
• Maintain filing accuracy across designated lines of business
• Serve as a key liaison between regulatory organizations and internal teams
• Complete rate/rule & form filings with state insurance departments
• Monitor, coordinate, implement and communicate Rate Service Organization revisions
• Input, reformat, maintain, produce and revise current forms as needed

Requirements

• 2-4 years commercial multi-line underwriting or product development experience
• Oral and written communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of personal computers with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance or related field
• Completion of Program in General Insurance Associate in Underwriting designation
