About this role

Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Prepare documents such as requirements specifications, use cases, and process flows
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved areas
Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying questions
Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure traceability of requirements and their validation with users
Work collaboratively using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or in a similar role
Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps)
Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in software development and systems architecture is a plus
Experience with large-scale projects and complex systems
Experience with acceptance testing and requirements validation

Equipment pickup and onboarding on the first day of work at the client's office in Alphaville
Experience with tax reform — on-site at the client once per week
