Surgical Care Sales Representative – Orthopaedic Instruments

Role Overview

• Engage with healthcare professionals to promote and demonstrate products
• Develop and execute regional plans to meet or exceed sales targets
• Partner with sales representatives to strategize and close high-value accounts
• Conduct product training and in-service sessions for clinical staff
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare, or life sciences)
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a clinical or medical device setting
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel extensively

Benefits

• Base/Draw + commission: $85,000 and may be eligible to earn sales bonuses + benefits bringing total compensation potential to $125,000
