About this role
Role Overview
Manage and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently to the appropriate accounts
Classify, code, and record financial transactions in customer accounts and general ledger systems
Support and maintain touchless payment automation processes to improve efficiency
Review balance statements and financial institution reports to ensure data accuracy
Process accounts payable/receivable transactions, including bank deposits and related activities
Perform quality checks and ensure delivery aligned with accounting standards, internal controls, and SLAs
Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and escalate issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
Experience in a similar accounting or finance administration role
Experience with SAP (R/3 or S/4), EBS Workbench, and Office 365 is highly appreciated
Fluent English required
