About this role
Role Overview
- Support the development and implementation of mission assurance requirements over the entire project life cycle.
- Monitor processes for compliance to the developer’s procedures and contractual requirements.
- Participate in production planning and review manufacturing flow plans.
- Examine process design and/or process qualification records.
- Monitor contractor quality and safety controls during fabrication, integration, and tests.
- Support activities related to root cause corrective actions.
- Review flight hardware records for completeness prior to integration & final acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 + years Quality Engineering experience
- Previous NASA or aerospace industry experience
- GMIPS for Electronic Boards
- Pre-cap inspection of hybrid microcircuits
- Final workmanship inspection prior to box level final closure prior to integration into the next level of assembly.
- Basic Compensation: $121,200
- $181,800.
