Role Overview
- Manage independently a portfolio of micro-enterprises, SMEs and corporate groups
- Perform annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of annual accounts)
- Carry out all exceptional corporate transactions (company formations, various amendments, etc.)
- Draft all types of leases and standard commercial agreements
- Provide advice on corporate law, business law and taxation
- Conduct any necessary legal research to complete assignments
- Work alongside another legal counsel and the Head of Legal
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work independently on routine and exceptional transactions
- Strong teaching/communication skills with excellent interpersonal and organizational qualities
- Comfortable in client-facing situations
- Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates a spirit of sharing and mutual support
- Curious and proactive, able to take initiative
- Comfortable with office software and digital tools
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm
