About this role
Role Overview
- Manage independently a portfolio of micro-enterprises, SMEs and corporate groups
- Perform annual corporate secretarial duties (approval of annual accounts)
- Handle exceptional corporate transactions (company formation, amendments, dissolution)
- Draft all types of leases and common contractual agreements
- Provide advice on corporate law, business law and taxation
- Conduct necessary legal research
Requirements
- Holder of a Master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- At least 3 years’ experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work autonomously on routine and exceptional matters
- Capacity to handle legal and tax structuring assignments
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and organizational skills
- Comfortable in client-facing situations
- Proficient with office software and digital tools
