Direct support to suppliers for registration processes and system access.
Analysis of the supplier database and execution of campaigns to increase registration rates.
Development and delivery of training for internal and external stakeholders on tools and processes.
Creation and continuous improvement of manuals and training materials.
Coordination of non-compliant or non-responsive suppliers with international Axpo departments.
Support for tool upgrades, system patches and improvements in collaboration with IT.
Ensuring data quality and governance in procurement systems.

Completed secondary or higher education, ideally with certifications in SAP Ariba or IT systems (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
Experience using and optimizing procurement systems and Master Data Management.
Ability to lead training programs and support teams during new tool rollouts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a solution-oriented and detail-focused work style.
Excellent knowledge of SAP Ariba, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and other procurement tools.
