About this role
Role Overview
- Own the design and delivery of analytics and reporting capabilities
- Architect and manage analytics infrastructure across Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake
- Build reliable, well-modeled data pipelines
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports
- Define data models, metrics, and KPIs in partnership with experts
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML to analytics use cases
- Establish standards for data quality, governance, and documentation
- Partner with engineering teams for clean data contracts
Requirements
- 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake
- Strong data modeling skills
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Proficiency in SQL; Python experience a plus
- Familiarity with dbt or similar frameworks
- Ability to design clean data contracts
- Experience with data governance and documentation practices
