Role Overview
- Member of the Fraud & Claims team, acting as an interface with all teams and clients
- Dispute management & member relations: handle fraud-related inquiries
- Data Science, LLMs & automation: code and configure agents based on LLMs
- Research external solutions and manage technical partnerships related to fraud
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, or Business School with a strong AI/Data specialization
- Precision and strong organizational skills
- Analytical and algorithmic mindset: data orientation (Python, SQL)
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Resilience and calm under pressure
- Team player
- Interest in legal/banking domains
- Professional working proficiency in English: required
