Support and lead web funnel projects to improve user acquisition and subscription growth
Analyze web-to-app funnels from ad click to landing page, quiz/onboarding, paywall, app install, trial start, and purchase
Work closely with marketing teams on campaign strategy, traffic quality, landing page performance, and optimization opportunities
Review campaign and funnel performance to understand where users drop off and what can be improved
Benchmark competitors and analyze their funnels, messaging, landing pages, paywalls, and user journeys
Help create and improve landing page structures, quiz flows, paywall messaging, CTAs, and funnel ideas
Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and data teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and business goals
Support A/B test planning by defining hypotheses, variants, success metrics, and next steps
Prepare clear reports and insights that help the team make better growth decisions
Stay up to date with subscription app funnels, ad strategies, competitor examples, and growth best practices
Requirements
Genuine curiosity about digital products, user behavior, funnels, and growth
Good understanding of web funnels, user journey, landing pages, onboarding flows, paywalls, and subscription logic
Basic understanding of performance marketing and how paid traffic works across channels such as Meta, TikTok, or Google
Ability to analyze funnel and campaign performance to identify actionable insights
Research-oriented mindset: able to benchmark competitors, review examples, and turn findings into practical ideas
Analytical thinking and comfort with numbers, metrics, and performance reports
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast
Appreciation of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration
Good to have — not blockers: Previous internship, project, or hands-on experience in growth, performance marketing, product marketing, analytics, CRO, or mobile apps
Familiarity with web-to-app funnels, quiz funnels, landing pages, paywalls, or subscription products
Awareness of metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, trial start rate, purchase CVR, retention, and payback
Experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Adjust, RevenueCat, Hotjar, Figma, Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms
Interest in A/B testing, personalization, funnel optimization, and user psychology
Ability to use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, analysis, and faster execution
