Role Overview
- You will rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes
- Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes
- Understand how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes
- Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in understandable terms
- Familiarize with software development and release methodologies utilized for business applications
- Build business relationships with individual business and technical team members within assigned department
- Network with other PPG Analysts to understand how IT solutions are deployed in other areas to solve business problems
Requirements
- A four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2 years of IT or a related discipline experience
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Clear and articulate communication, both written and verbal, including technical writing
- Must have a strong systems and process orientation
- Must be comfortable working remotely using virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers.
