About this role
Role Overview
Strategic enterprise account management: end-to-end responsibility for selected enterprise customers
Lead implementation projects: orchestrate complex change and transformation programs
Top-level stakeholder management: operate confidently at C-level
Value-driven business development: identify strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Requirements
Several years (5+ years) of professional experience at a reputable management or strategy consulting firm, or in a demanding in-house consulting role
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects, restructurings, or margin/cost-efficiency programs
Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and developing enterprise clients at top-management level
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Business-fluent German and English, and a confident, empathetic presence
