Implementation, configuration and optimization of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub for our B2B clients
Design and implementation of automation workflows across the entire customer journey – from lead generation to customer success
Development of campaigns, mailings, forms and landing pages in close collaboration with content and design colleagues
Building and optimizing CRM structures, lead-scoring models and attribution setups
Creation and analysis of dashboards and reports and deriving concrete recommendations for action
Supporting customer onboardings and conducting HubSpot trainings
Continuous optimization and ongoing development of our clients' HubSpot setups and processes
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience with the HubSpot Customer Platform
You don’t only think in marketing channels but also understand sales and service processes and their impact on the overall system
You reliably and structurally bring projects to completion, even when running multiple clients in parallel
You are familiar with the environment of software, IT and consulting companies and know what matters there
German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
