Define and drive business process transformation strategy and roadmap for respective Division
Identify opportunities for automation initiatives and champion process integration to enhance operational efficiency in medium to high complexity projects
Lead end to end transversal business process transformation project initiatives for respective assigned Divisions
Define and implement a robust global business process governance framework, including clear process ownership, roles, and responsibilities
Own the completeness and accuracy of process repository and documentation for assigned Division
Initiate regular business process reviews of assigned Division to ensure relevance to business changes and sync up with digital/systems capabilities
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track their effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in process management, process improvement in the related domain, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Proven track record of owning and optimizing business processes across multiple functions or regions.
Experience in driving process transformation initiatives, including the use of automation and technology.
