Business Process Engineer - SOUTHCOM EDA

Celestar Holdings Corporation is seeking a Business Process Engineer to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves tracking program financials, managing budgets, and aligning funding streams with DoD financial planning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to track program financials, manage budgets, and align funding streams with DoD financial planning processes
• Personnel must be proficient in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, financial forecasting, and cost estimation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills are required to support funding justifications and expenditure tracking

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in financial management
• Must have demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution, cost estimation, and financial reporting
• Experience with defense financial management systems, congressional budget justifications, and funding reconciliation
• Lean Six Certification
• PMP Certification
• KM Certification
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
• CPA
• DAWIA Level II in Financial Management
