About this role
Role Overview
Re-activate and grow a portfolio of top-tier B2B accounts within the German-speaking (DACH) market.
Use professional re-engagement tactics to expand the relationship with existing high-value corporate clients.
Use advanced sales methods to find where a business is struggling and identify key C-suite decision-makers.
Build data-driven solutions that solve complex hiring and branding challenges for sophisticated clients.
Manage the entire sales process—from initial prospecting and research to high-level negotiation and closing the deal.
Act as a strategic advisor on digital trends, giving expert guidance to help clients get the best return on their investment (ROI).
Requirements
Native or near-native German (C1/C2) for executive-level talks; professional English (B2 minimum) for working with the global team.
At least 2 years of proven success in B2B Sales, specifically in Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising.
Strong knowledge of business development frameworks and lead qualification (such as MEDDIC or BANT).
Proven ability to beat your goals while working from home with high self-organization.
A University degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
