You develop features and architectures for clients across a wide range of industries
You integrate seamlessly into existing teams and take real ownership of the technology area
You accompany the entire development process – from requirements analysis to go-live
You advise founders and leads as peers – also acting as a steady hand in stressful moments
You incorporate AI tools meaningfully into your development workflow

At least 5 years of experience in project work – as a freelancer or project team member in changing client and requirement environments
Solid foundation in web technologies and associated tooling – from build tools and CI/CD to REST APIs and relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) as well as frameworks like Spring Boot
A true fullstack mindset: frontend, backend, DevOps, observability
Experience with TypeScript and either Angular or React.js on the frontend
Confident in at least one additional statically typed language – ideally Kotlin/Java
DevOps experience: you know how software is deployed to production and how to keep it stable there
Experience with scripting languages such as Ruby or Python is a plus
Bonus: app development with React Native or Flutter
You have actively engaged with AI in software development
Experience working in 100% remote environments
You communicate clearly, listen attentively and don’t hide behind tickets
Fluent German and good English skills
