Operationally responsible for our Managed Workplace service based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
Support the service transition for new customers
Act as the interface between the operations team, the project team, and Service Management
Support further development of the service through automation and improved user experience
Plan and execute minor and major changes and handle tickets
Actively participate in the agile Microsoft-focused team
Continuously optimize client lifecycle processes
Requirements
Degree in a technical field or equivalent IT vocational training
Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 and endpoint management domain
Experience in Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation within the ITIL framework
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and experience in endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Defender, or comparable tools)
Ability to work independently according to clear objectives in a complex and dynamic environment
Fluent German, minimum C1
