Account Executive

Role Overview

• Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing
• Engage with inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting interest into active, loyal customers
• Drive outbound sales efforts by initiating cold outreach
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
• 3+ years of inside sales experience
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales
• Proficient in managing the full sales cycle
• 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling to small businesses
• Experience conducting informative and engaging product demonstrations an asset
• Excellent communication skills
