Executing key initiatives that support Datacom’s SaaS go-to-market journey across Datapay and Datascape
Providing commercial and GTM analysis to inform strategy and shape execution plans that meet or exceed business goals
Working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and operational teams to deliver strategic and operational initiatives
Supporting financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting across short
and long-term horizons
Helping build disciplined, repeatable GTM approaches that improve execution, visibility and decision-making
Implementing and maintaining a principle-driven health and safety culture that ensures employee wellbeing in line with Datacom policy

3+ years’ experience in software or SaaS sales, GTM execution, or commercial strategy roles
Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of how growth initiatives translate into business outcomes
Excellent analytical capability, with the ability to turn GTM data into clear, fact-based recommendations
Strong program management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills
Executive presence and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (Nice to have)
Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational efficiency (Nice to have)
A proactive, self-starting approach, with adaptability, sound judgement and strong attention to detail (Nice to have)
