2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and core metrics
Hands-on experience working with TikTok as a channel
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach
Strong project management and operational skills
AI-first mindset
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing mechanics at scale is a plus
Exposure to the U.S. market or U.S.-based creator ecosystem is a plus
Experience with growth marketing in product or D2C companies is a plus
