Role Overview
- Project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure
- Analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, test, modify, automate, and integrate systems
- Long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution
- Work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs throughout project lifespan
Requirements
- 0-6 months of experience providing IT support
- Effective problem-solving skills to address issues and optimize with smarter way of working
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (preferred)
