Lead and/or contribute to implementation enterprise security and delivery solutions.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers on web security and related technologies.
Own end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, configuration, testing, Troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support.
Identify potential technical risks and proactively define mitigation strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.
Leverage F5 tools and platforms for implementation, automation, and API enablement.
Contribute to the development and standardization of processes and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Capture and share field learnings to strengthen internal knowledge and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong understanding of core internet technologies, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, HTML, and related web service delivery components.
In-depth technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Bot Management, Load Balancing/Proxy, Cloud Networking/Operations, Data Center Infrastructure, L3–L7 DDoS protection and CDN.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Foundational experience in networking and network security, with a career progression toward deep expertise in Layer 7 technologies.
Proficiency in programming and scripting (Python, Terraform).
Experience integrating solutions within complex environments, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry.
Background in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services, supporting large-scale enterprise customers.
Experience in technical roles involving web operations, incident response, customer support, system monitoring, or similar functions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer relationship management.
