Should have experience with SuccessFactors - Compensation, Variable Pay & PM/GM Modules
Minimum 2 Full Cycle (End-End) implementation in above mentioned modules

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full-cycle EC implementations.
SAP SuccessFactors EC certification.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of performance management, Compensation, Variable Pay Pay for Performance frameworks.
SuccessFactors configuration experience in PMGM, 360, Continuous Performance
SuccessFactors Configuration in implementation of Compensation, Variable Pay with Integration experience with Employee Central relevant fields
Exposure to RTR
Ability to advise clients on best practices in goal setting and performance review processes.
Excellent stakeholder communication and project documentation skills.
Role Overview
The Pay for Performance Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules that drive employee performance, goal alignment, Compensation and Variable Pay and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
Configure Compensation, Variable Pay, Compensation Statements, Total compensation Statements, SF Reward and Recognition
Define and map business requirements for performance cycles, forms, and rating scales.
Configure Feedback process, CPM, Calibration Templates
Design continuous performance management and feedback processes.
Integrate P&G with Compensation, Calibration templates, and other SuccessFactors modules.
Conduct testing, training, and post-go-live support.
