You've recently graduated (or are about to)
agriculture, business, science, or any degree that's taught you how to think and work hard.
You have a genuine connection to farming
you've grown up on a farm, studied it, worked in it, or are deeply passionate about it.
You're competitive. You set goals and you don't stop until you've hit them.
You're the type of person who runs towards a challenge, not away from it.
You're resilient. Things won't always go your way. You'll learn fast, adapt, and come back stronger.
