Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Haleon Production System (HPS) program and its deployment across multiple countries.
Partner with regional leadership and plant teams to ensure strong engagement, organizational change planning, capability development and structured deployment across all sites.
Govern implementation planning, monitor progress, assess gaps and conduct performance reviews, removing obstacles and accelerating HPS maturity.

More than 10 years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Management
Strong experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
Proven ability to lead projects, programs and people
