Role Overview
Support accurate and timely processing of payroll across the business
Maintain employee and payroll data
Process timesheets and payroll changes
Assist with day-to-day administration of payroll activities
Work closely with internal stakeholders
Ensure payroll records are up to date
Resolve employee queries efficiently
Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant Australian legislation
Requirements
Detail-oriented and proactive professional
Strong numerical and data entry skills
High level of attention to detail
Commitment to accurate payroll processes
Experience in payroll is highly regarded
Qualifications in payroll, accounting, or business are desirable
Familiarity with payroll systems such as PayGlobal would be advantageous
Effective communication skills
Ability to build positive working relationships
