About this role

Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business and technology goals
Manage supplier relationships, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor cost, quality, delivery reliability, and supply chain risks
Monitor supplier performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvements
Support sourcing activities for business-critical suppliers
Contribute to supplier scaling, risk management, and sourcing process development
Support smooth order-to-delivery processes.

Relevant degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
Extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Experience working with technical products, electronics, microelectronics, manufacturing
Experience in a fast-growing technology company or international environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Structured, proactive working style
Good problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
Confidence to work independently and actively contribute to a team
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
