Act as the key contact for Trading IT cost center managers, project managers, and IT operations regarding budgeting, forecasts, and financial matters.
Conduct periodic cost center reviews focusing on variance analysis, cost optimization, and forecasts.
Develop and maintain IT reporting, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and IT cost allocation.
Use tools such as Databricks to create reports, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Contribute to monthly, semi-annual, and annual closings (e.g., plausibility checks, accruals, cost allocation, analysis, reporting).
Provide business support and sparring for IT and project initiatives.
Coordinate and monitor the budgeting process for Trading IT and projects.
Ensure proper forecasting and early warning systems.
Drive process improvements and eliminate identified weaknesses by leveraging AI and data tools.
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration (university/university of applied sciences) or Swiss federal diploma in accounting/controlling.
At least 3 years of practical experience as an IT Controller.
Strong analytical skills, proactive and self-driven attitude, and willingness to learn.
Experience using tools such as Databricks to create reports, automate repetitive tasks, and perform data analysis.
Knowledge of AI and data tools to enhance reporting and drive automation.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards change.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting using MS Office, Power BI, SAP, and Tagetik.
Self-motivated and comfortable in an international, multidisciplinary, and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English and German.
