Learning the HR operations for outsourcing services for our SAP MPS team
Delivery assurance with high quality operational support across time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances and garnishments
Comprehending the delivery of HR services to our customers, ensuring the effective execution of tasks within the team
Closely working with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processing and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of HR services to clients
Assisting with simple client inquiries
Processing simple HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions
Collaborating with HR Operations Administrators and Specialists when needed
Processing data records in HR systems in relation to Benefits, Pension and Insurance, Time Tracking and Garnishment
Processing Document management where client self-service is not possible
Managing the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Detailed Work Instructions (DWIs), guidelines, and other process documentation
Maintaining close communication with key stakeholders
Participating in data controls using the SAP Payroll Control Centre tool and SAP integration data monitoring tool.
Requirements
Fluent in Danish and English languages
At least 0.5 years of experience within an enterprise business outsourcing environment
Basic experience with calculations, data processing and administrative tasks
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs efficiently
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
High attention to details and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement
Willingness to learn and develop payroll expertise
Preferred Skill Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Call Centre technology, HR analytics and automation tools.
