About this role

Manage and strengthen the commercial relationship with Home Appliance as a key strategic account
Lead and track forecast, sell-in, sell-out, and ensure alignment with business targets
Monitor and optimize inventory levels and product catalog within the account
Plan and execute promotional strategies, pricing, and commercial initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution
Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, operations, product)
Monitor account performance through KPIs and provide actionable insights
Lead negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize profitability

+5 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management or related roles
Mandatory: Experience managing Home Appliance account (minimum 1 year)
Strong experience within department store / retail channel
Proven experience managing sell-in, sell-out, forecast, and inventory
Experience in electronics, home appliances, or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Basic English (required)
