Senior Data Scientist / GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and Generative AI solutions
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using modern frameworks
• Develop applications leveraging GPT-based models and other LLMs
• Implement scalable APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or RESTful services
• Work on backend development to integrate AI models into production systems
• Deploy and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, App Services, Functions, etc.)
• Build automated workflows using CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment
• Development tools for automated report and PPT generation using AI
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business value

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in GenAI Engineering
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GPT models, LLMs)
• Expertise in building RAG pipelines
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain or similar
• Proficiency in Python backend development
• Experience in FastAPI / Flask / REST API development
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
