Develop the GSI Sales across ASEAN in coordination with local/region Tendering and Project Execution teams.
Support in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies.
Develop the key account approach, accountable for Sales Strategy Definition and Implementation.
Develop Customer Intimacy, Business Development, and Order Intake while ensuring adherence to GEV’s Ethics and Compliance.
Overall responsibility to develop pipeline and drive margin and top-line growth for Service Opportunities related to HVDC, FACTS and ACS.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for defined country of responsibility.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Participate in sales team meetings, training programs, and collaborative projects.
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
Identify key opportunistic areas for synergies and collaboration between GEV and customers.
Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels.
Build knowledge of ASEAN market economics, competitive issues, technologies and market opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or business from an accredited university
Minimum 10 years of sales experience within the power industry
Experience in carrying out market assessments and subsequently developing and implementing relevant commercial strategies that facilitate market penetration.
Excellent understanding of ASEAN economics with respect to regulatory structure and appreciation of social political dimension.
Ability to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, and proposals.
Strong customer mindset.

Strong oral and written communication skills, at the executive level.
Ability to effectively lead a multi-functional team and operate in a matrix organization.
