Lead the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) from a subject-matter perspective
Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies for our brands
Plan, execute and continuously refine content and brand strategies for our brand accounts
Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies
Actively shape the strategic direction of our brands
Responsible for budget and resource management across all marketing projects
Prepare reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Media Management, Communications or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, social media or campaigning – ideally in creator, start-up or FMCG environments
Familiarity with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & YouTube) and an understanding of the mechanics of the creator economy
Experience leading projects or teams and ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns in parallel
Strong communicator, solution-oriented, enjoy working with people and able to keep an overview in dynamic situations
Team player who can also work independently with high commitment and willingness to go beyond the usual scope
Strong hands-on mentality, high initiative and a friendly, balanced demeanor
Structured, reliable and willing to take responsibility
Flexible, resilient and open to occasional business travel
Experience working with influencers, event coordination, POS marketing or content production is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
