Ensuring measurable customer success: You develop customer-specific success plans, define KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and proactively manage health scores.
Planning and execution of complex implementations: Coordinate internal and external service providers, plan milestones, resources, and timelines.

and event-critical activations.
Training and instruction for security personnel and staff.

Requirements
Extensive experience (5+ years): Several years in Customer Success, consulting, account management, or managing complex enterprise accounts.
Executive presence: You present yourself confidently, clearly, and professionally, especially when interacting with C-level executives, security-related stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Excellent project management skills: You manage complex rollouts in a structured, reliable, and high-quality manner.
Strong customer orientation & ownership mentality: You act proactively, identify opportunities and risks early, and place the success of our enterprise customers at the center.
Conflict resilience & strong communication: You can moderate complex situations, resolve challenges constructively, and lead decision-making processes confidently.
Good technical understanding: You grasp technical processes quickly and can communicate confidently with technical contacts on the customer side.
Experience in the environment of football stadiums, arenas, or other security-critical large events.
Experience in marketing or brand communication.
Willingness to travel (20–40%): You are happy to be on-site occasionally for customer visits, training, and implementations.
Excellent German and English skills: You communicate precisely, professionally, and appropriately for the audience, both written and verbal.
